At City Year Miami, I see every day how our corps members change students' lives—by boosting their confidence, creating safe spaces, and simply listening. Witnessing this growth inspires me to serve alongside them, supporting the systems and people that make this impact possible. My role lets me focus on creating a foundation that empowers our team to devote their energy to the students, knowing they have everything they need to succeed.
