Defend Floridian Immigrants with Pierre

The Florida Immigrant Coalition (FLIC) is a statewide organization that protects and supports Floridian immigrants through education, community building and advocacy efforts. 

I am helping to raise funds to support FLIC's Refugee Advocacy Programs. Refugees, with their indomitable spirit and unwavering determination, have overcome unimaginable hardships and trials. They have left behind their homes, families, and familiar surroundings, seeking safety and hope in a foreign land. Their journey has been one of courage, strength, and survival. Each year, thousands of refugee families arrive in Florida and are in need of community support for a more inclusive resettlement process. 

FLIC is at the frontlines of community protection, disseminating "know your rights" information, connecting individuals to pro-bono legal counsel, providing reliable information and referrals through a multi-lingual hotline for hundreds of our neighbors each month. Together, we can ensure that Florida remains a beacon of hope, a place where everyone, regardless of their background, can find safety, opportunity, and a sense of belonging.

100% of donations contributed to this fundraiser will provide emergency assistance to refugee families who are struggling to navigate our complex immigration system.
