1- prepare welcome baskets to each new refugee family (lab tops, baby clothing, diapers, bed sheets, sanitary items, school supplies and many more............

2- help pay for driving lessons 

3- pay for professional ESL programs and teachers for adults and children

4- organize holiday gathering with holiday gifts to the children

5- organize house parties, meals prepared by the refugee family to encourage the women to have the confidence to earn their own income, and communicate with the people in English.....

6- form community sponsorship teams to help the families to register schools, communicate with the schools, doctors, job search, read mails, teach them how to use public transportation, show them the new home surrounding (parks, swimming pools, libraries.... for 2 years in order to help them adjust the new culture and environment

7- pay the insurance, accounting, legal advice, full time staffs for RAA

RAA is doing way more than these, I am very proud to be a part of RAA's volunteer and board member. I've seen many many successful cases of the families to stand on their own feet and adapt to their new lives here to call home.
