Welcome to my fundraiser :)

As the newest addition to Urban Paradise Guild's Board of Directors, I, Alisha Graham, find myself at the intersection of passion and purpose. Every step of my journey with UPG has deepened my connection to our natural environment, shaped by meaningful encounters with extraordinary individuals who have helped me grow wiser and more focused in my mission. 

At its heart, UPG is a powerful fusion of dedication and love, driven by individuals who have poured thousands of hours into protecting and restoring our native ecosystems. 

While this might sound straightforward, our work weaves a complex tapestry of action and advocacy. We immerse ourselves in policy development, conduct vital research, provide environmental education, and manage hands-on initiatives from nursery operations to native plant installation. Our team builds grassroots movements, develops comprehensive restoration plans, and forges crucial partnerships with institutions, agencies, and governments.

What truly distinguishes UPG is our holistic approach to environmental stewardship. We understand that while immediate actions like trash cleanup and tree planting are essential, the lasting protection of our natural environment demands more. It requires thoughtfully crafted policies, robust infrastructure, and sustainable practices that will safeguard our ecosystems for generations to come.

This is not just environmental work – it's a legacy in the making, and I am profoundly grateful to be part of this transformative journey.
