Each year, YWCA reaches 10,000 women, children and families in South Florida with programs in education, health, economic prosperity and racial equity and social justice. Your kindness will empower YWCA families and strengthen our programs in the year to come:

$25 can help buy supplies for YWCA’s classrooms.
$50 can enable a parent to advocate for themselves in court by helping offset the cost of childcare during court proceedings.
$80 can provide a life-saving breast and cervical cancer screening.
$250 can help a woman gain the skills to access and leverage the modern economy through our digital literacy program.
$350 can provide a female entrepreneur with a scholarship to WE360 to grow her small business.
$1,000 can provide eight women with advanced diagnostic exams after a lump is detected.
$1,500 can help move the needle on Black maternal health outcomes through supporting local doula businesses.
$2,000 could help grow YWCA South Florida’s racial equity & social justice community educational programs.
$5,000 can provide enriching, multicultural experiences to youth in our afterschool and summer programs.

We are committed to battling racial and social injustice until the world sees women as they truly are - equal, powerful and unstoppable.

For more than 100 years, YWCA South Florida has stood at the forefront of South Florida's most pressing social justice movements. Our organization is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all by bridging the gap between our clients and the economic, educational and health resources they need to thrive on their own terms.

Through our community's support, we offer vital programs and services in economic empowerment, personal and family wellness, early education, and youth development that aim to eliminate the social justice issues disproportionately affecting women and people of color.
