Heritage Community Partners

Heritage Community Partners was founded by its bold and impactful leader, Fabiola Fleuranvil, who has a long history of supporting various community programs and initiatives.

As a community development organization, the mission of Heritage Community Partners is to create and fund programming that help small businesses grow and scale, develop affordable housing, and help close the wealth gap for underinvested and underserved people and communities.

Your support helps to expand the following programs and initiatives:

1. Small Business Marketing Grant that funds up to $10,000 in free marketing support to 5 emerging businesses each year whose businesses are in high growth stage and could scale with the help of strategic marketing support. 
2. Small Business Technical Assistance Training which has led more than 40 free in-person and virtual technical assistance sessions since 2016 that provides hands-on support to small businesses in the areas of digital marketing, business planning, growth strategy, and procurement. 
3. Institute of Black Wealth, a community education platform created to reduce economic disparities for underserved families and communities.
4. South Florida Black Wealth Summit, an annual initiative that brings the community together to address the widening Black wealth gap and provide free financial literacy and real estate education throughout the year.
5. BlackPagesMiami.com which is a free digital directory of more than 700 Black-owned businesses throughout South Florida created to raise awareness to help Black businesses grow.
