At the Miami Workers Center, leadership development is a process that supports and enhances the skills, confidence and analysis of members to strengthen their ability to organize power for their communities, contribute to developing strong organizations, and help build the movement for racial, economic and social justice.

Through member-led committees, our Workers School programs, and 1:1 coaching with our organizing team, everyday people are developing their capacity to lead, organize their neighborhoods, and fight back against abuses of power.
