Amber Manker - Clinical Manager

I have had the wonderful privilege of working at The Alliance for LGBTQ Youth for the past 6 years. In my time working with queer youth, I have been able to witness the day-to-day challenges they experience for simply being their authentic selves.  In this time, I’ve also been able to bear witness to the strength, pride, and boldness of queer youth.  And while these children hold their heads high, they are pushing against a machine intended to make them drop their heads and shrink themselves. This is why I remain dedicated to this work. To continue supporting these youth I am asking for a contribution to The Alliance for LGBTQ Youth!
