Each success, no matter how small, reinforces why we serve and why we fight for a better future for the children in our care.

As we approach Give Miami Day, we are asking for your help in making a lasting impact on the lives of the children and families we serve. This day is an opportunity for us to come together, as a community, to raise the funds necessary to continue our work and to make sure that more children who enter the foster care system have a chance to experience the love and security they deserve.

For us, serving on the board is not just about overseeing operations—it’s about making sure that these children, who have experienced some of the hardest circumstances life can throw at them, have a chance to dream again. It’s about ensuring they feel seen, heard, and valued. And it’s about knowing that, with your support, we can continue to provide them with the resources, love, and care they need to create a brighter future.

Reaching our fundraising goal on Give Miami Day would mean so much to us, both personally and as a board. It would allow us to strengthen the foundation of His House Children’s Home and expand our programs to reach even more children in need. It would help us provide a sense of hope and stability for children who have often known very little of either.
