Christian Lopez - Care Coordinator

As a Care Coordinator at The Alliance, I have the privilege of seeing firsthand the incredible impact we have on the lives of LGBTQ+ youth in our community. From providing critical resources and emotional support to helping young people navigate life's challenges, our work is making a difference every day. 

But my connection to The Alliance runs even deeper. In 2010, I was one of those young people who benefited from the support and care coordination services provided by The Alliance. As a teenager, the support I received helped me navigate my own journey and ultimately led me to where I am today – an adult who has found fulfillment in becoming the kind of support I once needed. Now, I’m honored to give back, serving the next generation of LGBTQ+ youth in Miami. 

The Alliance is more than just a support network; it’s a lifeline. It’s where I found guidance, strength, and a sense of belonging when I needed it most. Now, as a Care Coordinator, I’m driven to go above and beyond for our young people, inspired by the same care and support I received all those years ago.
