Join Tanya to Create a Global Footprint for DVCAI

I’m thrilled to invite you to join me in supporting the vibrant cultural heritage of the Caribbean, Latin America, and beyond! My journey with Diaspora Vibe Cultural Arts Incubator (DVCAI) began during our 20th-anniversary celebration in 2016. At that time, DVCAI’s rich history of physical materials was donated to the University of Miami Special Collections, preserving our legacy for future generations. In 2017, I was invited to join the DVCAI Board of Directors, and since then, I’ve been nurtured, professionally supported, and carefully guided into the world of arts administration.

Because of DVCAI, I’ve seen firsthand the growing need to amplify the voices of artists from underrepresented communities, particularly those from the Global South.

DVCAI helps young artists thrive through our Caribbean Crossroads Series which includes our artist-in-residence program, international exchanges, and community outreach. This Give Miami Day, we’re aiming to raise $40,000 to continue empowering these incredible creatives, and we’re asking for donations of $25 or more.

Your contribution will make a meaningful impact, providing the resources and support young artists need to pursue their dreams. Together, we can create a future filled with culture, color, music, and art!
