What The SFCPA means to me

The SFCPA has been the center of our life for 11 years. My husband Brandon Cruz has poured all his love of music and teaching into creating this wonderful space for us and the community. It is the place where our children have grown surrounded by amazing teachers and world class musicians. It has allowed them to witness first hand what hard work, patience, and perseverance creates. No matter their pursuits, the fact that anything worthwhile and special takes effort and time is a lesson that will last them a lifetime.

What You Are Funding

Let's spread joy through drumming together. At the heart of founding the South Florida Center for Percussive Arts, was deciding its location to be West Kendall, a geographic area lacking in free and low cost arts programs serving children beyond the school day. We are increasing our capacity to serve more children and families in South Florida! We need your help to support the demand of our programming. 100% of proceeds will go towards providing instruments/materials for school & after school programs, creating new opportunities for all to study, perform and enjoy music through percussion and a 2025 Performance Series at the SFCPA.
