Help Miami Girls Rock Camp reach our goal!

If we've talked in the past 4 years, you'd know how much I've cherished my time as a counselor at Miami Girls Rock Camp. 

MGRC provides youth aged 8 to 17 with the experience of forming a band, crafting an original piece, and performing in front of a live audience. It sounds straightforward enough, but this barely scratches the surface of what our campers and volunteers accomplish. Camp week is jam-packed with instrument instruction, songwriting, band practice, daily performances by visiting artists, workshops, and so much more. In the span of 5 short days, we watch our campers push themselves and encourage each other in an environment of radical acceptance, culminating in a grand finale where each band plays their song to a crowd of volunteers, family, friends, and supporters. It's truly a labor of love by so many beautiful and hardworking individuals.
