Team Paradise is a US Sailing Accredited Community Sailing Center and has achieved the Platinum Level of Transparency through Guidestar/Candid, so you can be confident that your donation will provide the maximum impact for a trustworthy non-for-profit organization!

Olympic Gold Medal Sailor Magnus Liljedahl founded Team Paradise in 2005. It has been his proudest accomplishment to share his passion of sailing with those who would not otherwise have the opportunity. Team Paradise is a truly unique sailing organization that gives the diverse population of south Florida, including our disabled and under-served communities, an opportunity to sail on Biscayne Bay. Our sailors disconnect from electronic devices and tune in to nature! Team Paradise offers FREE noncompetitive community sailing opportunities for Veterans and disabled members of the Armed Forces, other individuals with physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and for the diverse underserved and at-risk youth in the greater Miami area. Class fees and tuitions are prepaid through grants and donations.

At Team Paradise Sailing we don't just take people sailing, we educate and motivate them to become the best that they can be by providing a pathway from introductory to advanced sailing and racing. Our top-of-the-line boats and equipment and certified world-class coaches provide inclusive programs that integrate sailors of all ages and all abilities. At Team Paradise you aren't just going for a ride....you ARE the ride!
