Re-Entry One is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to reduce Florida's recidivism rates by providing effective re-entry programs and services to its returning citizen population. Re-Entry One connects returning residents to wrap-around re-entry support services through institution visits and community outreach events. The primary scope of services includes clothing/hygiene package deliveries, healthcare enrollment, job placement, legal service referrals, transitional housing referrals, food bank navigation, financial literacy education, and vocational trade education referrals. We accomplish our mission through increasing access to housing, employment, healthcare, clothing and other areas of need to returning citizens in South Florida. Our Executive Director Giovanni Sairras, started Re-Entry One after serving 17 years in Florida State Prison, as an avenue to fill the service gaps that returning in south florida face. Re-Entry One has now been operating since 2021, and has served over 1,000 returning citizens in the state of Florida.
YMI: Youth Mentoring Initiative
This program is for participants we receive from ages 18-24. We provide them with reentry resources, a peer mentor, and a plan of action for success.
This can look like assisting with job applications or their business start-ups. This can look like assisting them in enrolling in a vocational program and working out their career plan. Through this program, we assist our youth with their life goals, and inspire them to want the most out of life.

It is a holistic initiative devoted to providing support, empowerment, and hope to families navigating the challenges posed by the Legal System. Through this program, we aim to foster resilience and encourage positive transformations within the familial unit.We advocate for our volunteers in court for administrative or early termination of probation for those who have completed their community service hours and have an extensive probationary sentence. We have successfully gotten 8 participants off of probation through this process. We are looking to expand this program.

Through our contract with Miami Dade County Probation, we receive volunteers in need of finishing their community service hours, and we connect them with our community partners at our community events.
