North Miami Educational Foundation, Inc.

The North Miami Educational Foundation was established in 2012 for the sole purpose of improving the quality and availability of educational programs for residents of the City of North Miami. The foundation eventually formed its Scholarship Program in 2014 with the mission to make higher education and learning a reality for North Miami students seeking to achieve their educational goals.

In the ten years of providing scholarships exclusively to students residing in North Miami, the North Miami Educational Foundation has awarded $606,000 in scholarship assistance to 157 students. This award is renewable for up to four years as long as the student is an undergraduate, considered economically disadvantaged, and is in compliance with the scholarship criteria.

With the many uncertainties surrounding the aftermath of the pandemic, high school and college students are still relying more than ever before on increased support and resources to pursue their educational goals. The board of directors of the North Miami Educational Foundation stands firm in its mission of providing financial assistance to make higher education more accessible, as well as more impactful, for North Miami's students.

We call on the community to support the North Miami Educational Foundation in its quest to provide our youth with the means to have a firm educational foundation and lead them on the path to a successful life.
