Miami Factory Theater

A nonprofit organization

Miami Factory Theater was founded in 2018, with a focus on bringing together artists of various disciplines from the Hispanic community in Miami and beyond to produce multidisciplinary theater for a global community.

Miami Factory Theater focuses on the research, production, and promotion of theater and the performing arts in the Hispanic and bilingual communities. Through plays, musicals, dance, music, visual arts, literature, and other emerging cultural expressions, the organization helps promote education and multiculturalism, as well as the community development of education through the arts.

Additionally, Miami Factory Theatre maintains an emphasis on the advancement of arts education, with hopes to be able to provide low-cost or free programs to underprivileged youth in Miami and other areas as resources and opportunities grow. The organization's larger vision is to be a platform for the dissemination of avant-garde arts, thus serving as a means of meeting with similar entities in Latin America and Europe through its productions, festivals, and other programs.

Mission

Miami Factory Theater aims to research, promote, and produce theatre and the performing arts in the Hispanic and bilingual communities of South Florida through professional multidisciplinary productions, education initiatives, and community development through the arts.
