Since 2007, Heartbeat of Miami Pregnancy Help Medical Clinics has been dedicated to providing essential services, completely free, in the neediest neighborhoods of South Florida by establishing five fully equipped clinics.

With the invaluable support of individuals like you and the expertise of our Medical Director and professional staff, we  are able to offer compassionate and competent free services in our community. Our comprehensive offerings, include pregnancy tests, sonograms, peer counseling, educational resources, information on all available options, referrals for free women's wellness examinations, postpartum counseling and support, ongoing assistance and referrals, parenting preparation classes, referrals for prenatal care, connections to community resources, counseling for single moms, adoption referrals, post-abortion trauma counseling, material goods, and much more.
