Where is the money going?

GDS has been a Christ-minded, loving school for over 70 years! As our school continues to thrive, we need to maintain and renovate our facilities. 

All the donations from Give Miami Day will be used for the following two areas:

1. Security.

The addition of more security cameras around our campus, more walkie-talkies so that every class can have two instead of one, and a revamped gate opening system.

2. Facility Upgrade.

The construction of a much-needed multi-purpose room that can be used as an extra classroom and/or indoor playground for our infants and toddlers. 

We expect these initiatives to cost $25,000.

Why is GDS important for the community?

Granada Day School is an outreach Christian mission that cares for children and supports parents.

We provide a loving, beautiful, and secure environment for our students to foster a relationship with Jesus Christ and excel in their academics.

Throughout the year, we support our community by being a part of food and supply drives, cancer research donations, and international poverty relief.

Our teachers, who selflessly work so hard, are key to the success of the mission and we wish to provide better salaries for them. We believe in investing in the

 workers who are building the next generation of leaders.
