Isolation, loneliness, Alzheimer’s disease, chronic illnesses, disabilities, and physical ailments are daily realities for many in our community. That’s why we’re here —to ensure they can live safely and comfortably in their own homes, surrounded by the dignity and quality of life they deserve.

Did you know that one in seven seniors in Miami-Dade County must choose between paying for rent, food, clothing, or medication? United HomeCare has worked to relieve these heartbreaking choices since our inception in 1973. Our mission is to keep seniors independent, nourished, and supported in their homes.

According to The Giving USA Foundation, few organizations focus on serving Americans 65 or older, a population expected to grow to 98.2 million by 2060. While many of our clients qualify for aging and healthcare programs, we frequently encounter other needs that aren’t covered.
