Money raised supports preservation with 230+ local projects funded, benefiting more than 80+ historic sites and organizations, many with multiple grants. Scholarships are awarded annually to Florida university students with a focus on historic preservation and thousands have been educated through historic tours, workshops, and classes. Members have a strong tradition of advocating and there is hardly a landmark not touched in some way by The Villagers, who have saved dozens of irreplaceable threads in the unique tapestry of Miami-Dade's history.

Dedicated to the restoration and preservation of historic sites in Miami-Dade County, since 1966. By educating, advocating, fundraising, restoring, and documenting, The Villagers continue a tradition of not-for-profit service. An all-volunteer 501(c)3 organization, 100% of funds raised support grants and preservation efforts.
