Since 2009 the agency has been aware of the needs of the multicultural community, and through its efforts, dedication and experience in the social service, it has continuously develop to be a community resource and service center offering an array of services for families and individuals ensuring all service needs are being met.
The Board of directors and management team works together in its efforts to increase funding and collaboration from other community organization and businesses.
Open Arms Community Center provides the following services to the community in a holistic approached with trained, certified and accredited staff.
Emergency Food Assistance - Bi-weekly food distribution of USDA commodities and fresh produce through FarmShare,
Immigration Program - Having recognized and accredited by the US Department of Justice Office of Legal Access Program and Immigration attorneys to assist the community with their immigration legal matters.
Employment and training Program - As  an Employment Vendor Provider through the Florida Department of Education Division of Vocational Rehabilitation offering the community job assistance, job coaching job training and job placement.
Youth Program On-the-Job Training, Self advocacy training and pre-employment transitions service providing employment opportunities.

To return hope and transform lives in the community serving families and individuals in crisis by providing the resources, tools and referrals these individuals and families need to improve their lives and become self sufficient.
