Media for Change Inc

Media for Change is a Miami based nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting storytellers and other creators to effective social transformation efforts. Our experience tells us that many grassroots and forefront efforts around the world are unable to meet their communication needs. Whether it be for fundraising, website building, image building, or even sharing news and information with their community, these entities are unable to meet the need. Our effort is to provide strategic advise and connect local creators in the service of the important work being done. Be it in the area of environmental action, social justice and equity, public health, education - we exist to help you communicate effectively with your audiences.

Four pillars define our work:

I. COMMUNITY BUILDING: We are creating a global community of media makers, designers and technologists (storytellers) who help mission driven organizations amplify and achieve their intended impact through storytelling.

II. TRAINING AND MENTORING: Through our network of seasoned communicators and storytellers, we provide mentorship and training for aspiring storytellers.

III. STORYTELLING: We produce trans media projects that embody our own thinking about impact storytelling. Learn about our current podcast project here.

IV. CELEBRATING: Through our WITH Festivals around the globe, we celebrate the work of impact storytellers.
