At The Mavuno Project, we believe that every child deserves freedom and a future filled with hope. Our mission to prevent human trafficking with the power of education and a message of HOPE! 

Our vision is clear, a world where every child and family has the opportunity to live a life of freedom and find HOPE for tomorrow.

In 2024, we launched “Safe Schools, Safe Kids, Safe Communities,” an initiative now recognized by Miami-Dade and Broward County Schools. Together with supporters like you, we’ve reached over 500 children this year, delivering life-saving education and resources. But there is so much more to be done!

With over 400,000 students in Miami and Broward Counties, your renewed support will help us reach thousands more. We are on a mission to secure $150,000 by 2025, ensuring every student has access to critical prevention resources.

       $50: Provides educational materials for one child to learn about trafficking prevention.

• $750: Equips a classroom of students (average 30 students per class), with vital resources and tools to stay safe.
• $4,000: Sponsors a school assembly style workshop (average 160 kids per assembly) to educate hundreds of students and staff.
• $5,000: Expands our “Safe Schools, Safe Kids, Safe Communities” program into new schools.
• $10,000: Funds our community outreach prevention events, Kids United and Teachers United.
