Love N light Furever

Love N Light Furever is a 501c3 non Profit Organization, Founded in 2020 By Maria Torres in the height of the pandemic. In efforts to help her neighbors and community stray cat population, assist with Multiple Daily cat colony feedings and provide medical care to injured and stray animals when financial available.  Maria took her rescue journey to social media to share her rescue mission with the world to gain the opportunity to help more animals. 

The inspiration for Love N Light Furever Animal Rescue is Maria's first male stray cat that wandered into her life off the streets of little Haiti with a severely injured ear that needed immediate medical intervention and had a larger-than-life personality that matched his uniquely enormous head.  Edgars battle with cancer and multiple surgeries went viral on tik tok Gaining thousands of followers and fans. 

In just 3 years Love N Light has been able to Positively affect over 1000 animals through Trap Neuter Release program, Medical Assistance , Adoptions, Rescues from abuse & neglect, Community colony feedings and transportations. The philosophy of always doing the most we can for any animal in need has afforded us the pleasure of not only helping stray cats in the communities but also stray dogs, Possums, Birds and reptiles.

Our Focus For this campaign is to get closer to our goal of purchasing a sanctuary where we will have the necessary space to help more animals in need. this sanctuary would Give my FIV cat colony a permanent home and being able to give the opportunity for more animals to be cared for.
