Lemon City Collective exists to make developmental support accessible to all children. Our scholarship program, the Lemon City Fund, uses a "pay what you can" model for therapy, regardless of a family's insurance coverage or ability to pay.

We envision a future where everyone belongs and all children can access the care they need.

We provide neurodiversity-affirming physical and occupational therapy, inclusive classes, and parenting resources in the heart of Little River. We've impacted more than 135 families this year and provided over 260 scholarship-funded therapy sessions.

Help us continue making a positive impact in Miami so that all children have the chance to thrive, to love who they are, and know that they belong.

They say it takes a village to raise a child.

Lemon City Collective is that "village," providing all children with the developmental support they need, while breaking down the barriers limiting their access to care. We are building an inclusive future where everyone belongs, providing physical and occupational therapy, inclusive activities for children with disabilities, and neurodiversity-affirming practices in Miami and beyond.

With healthcare costs and insurance denials rising, families from all walks of life struggle to access the high quality therapy their children need. Our unique "pay what you can" model meets families where they're at, making sure they can access the best for their children regardless of their insurance coverage or ability to pay. We rely on donor funding to make this model sustainable, because we believe that all children deserve the best we can give them.

Because of the funds we raised during Give Miami Day 2024, we have provided more than 260 free and reduced-cost therapy sessions to children with disabilities in 2025. This year we achieved another huge milestone - we opened our brick and mortar location in the heart of Little River.

Looking ahead to 2026, our strategy relies on tapping into new avenues like grant programming and multi-modal communication, so we can expand our reach and impact even more children and families. Thank you for helping us achieve this goal! Together we are building a future where everyone belongs.

Mission

We envision a world where all children can access the highest quality developmental support regardless of their insurance coverage or their ability to pay. We provide neurodiversity affirming services for children, resources for families, and education for developmental professionals. We champion inclusion and strong parent-child relationships, envisioning a world where everyone belongs and is valued for their unique strengths and perspectives.
