Carrfour Supportive Housing

Carrfour's in-house team spearheads new ground-up developments, renovates existing properties, and also partners with for-profit and non-profit organizations across Florida to meet the demand for affordable housing. Carrfour oversees all aspects of the development process from creating an initial concept and securing funding, to navigating the permitting process and managing construction. In addition, Carrfour offers a full-range of community based supportive services to all residents that promote self sufficiency and empowers residents to permanently exit homelessness. On-site services include service coordination, life skills training, disability advocacy, benefits coordination, employment training services, recovery support and children's activities.
