The Miami Brahma Kumaris (BK) Meditation Center warmly welcomes everyone in the Miami-Dade community to engage in reflective practices that reveal inner strengths and personal values. By inspiring individuals to live according to their higher nature, the Center fosters a collective commitment to building a more secure and harmonious society for all.

For nearly 40 years, the Center has offered a guided inward journey through the practice of an ancient form of Raja Yoga meditation, adapted to be both modern and practical. This unique method of open-eyed meditation is versatile, simple, and easy to practice. What makes it especially powerful is that it can be practiced anywhere, at any time, enabling us to navigate through challenging situations in the moment.

The Brahma Kumaris philosophy teaches that our true identity transcends our physical form; we are spiritual beings embodying love, peace, purity, and understanding. The organization is entirely volunteer-driven, and the Center operates through the generosity of those who benefit from its teachings and wish to pass that benefit on to others. People from all backgrounds and traditions are always welcome, and there is never a charge for any of our classes or programs.

We invite you to join us and explore the transformative power of meditation in a welcoming and supportive environment.  As a service to the community, we offer a variety of programs, including:
