United HomeCare

United HomeCare® (UHC) makes a difference in the lives of our community's frail elderly and disabled adults, helping them to age with dignity at home with the personal care and support services they need. For over 45 years, United HomeCare has helped thousands of seniors in our community to prevent and/or delay institutionalization by providing community-based health care solutions that promote independence and wellness. Our Home Health Care Program offers personal care assistance with bathing, dressing, housekeeping, grocery shopping, errands, medication supervision, visits to doctors, companionship, nursing care and more. Nutrition Assessments help keep our seniors healthy and hot/cold meals are delivered to their homes. Skilled nursing services and therapies are also provided at home after a hospitalization or during periods of illness. Family Caregivers can count of UHC for support services including counseling and social work services. Open to the community-at-large, our Stress Busting Program offers complimentary support group(s) that help family members who are caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's or Related Dementias. With caring hearts, and a strong team of dedicated professionals, United HomeCare fulfills its mission of caring. Due to limited public funds, over 400 FRAIL SENIORS are currently on the Wait List for Services. Their stories are heartbreaking! PLEASE DONATE TO HELP A SENIOR ON THE WAIT LIST. Thank You!
