The mission of the Child Water Safety Learn to Swim Program is to TIE (Train-Inform-Educate) community resources to under-served children between the ages of 1 to 14 years who otherwise would not have the opportunity to learn to swim to prevent unintentional drownings.
La mision del Programa de Seguridad en el Agua para Niños, Aprende a Nadar, es para entrenar-informar-educar y unir los recursos de las communidades de bajos recursos a niños de areas menos servidas de las edades entre 1 a 14 años. Los niños que de otra manera no tendrian la oportunidad de aprender a nadar y prevenir el ahogo no intencional.

International Water Safety Day is designed to help spread global awareness of the ongoing drowning pandemic, and educate the youth in becoming safer in and around water. May 15th is a day to spread drowning awareness and water safety education by any means possible.
