Knowledge of Careers is training the next generation of socially responsible entrepreneurs and industry leaders who channel the success of their self-launched ventures back into their communities. We envision a society where urban schools leverage the innovation of their cities into the education of their students. We implement a four-year, comprehensive, professional development and social entrepreneurship program to support students and ensure they graduate with all the necessary resources, networks, and hard and soft skills essential for future professional success. Too often are public school students unaware of the professional opportunities that exist for them upon graduation and exit high school unprepared to take advantage of those opportunities as adults. By working with students throughout their entire high school career we provide consistent and holistic support in career exposure, professional skill development, and social entrepreneurship to equip low-income high-school students with the practical skills, networks, and solutions-oriented mindsets necessary to thrive in the profession of their choosing.
