Collaborative Development Corporation conceived, initiated and successfully completed a $17,000,000 venture; to build a mixed-use, moderate, income rental project. This initiative features a collaboration of community based organizations, comprising of Coconut Grove Collaborative, Inc., Theodore R. Gibson Memorial Fund, Pinnacle Housing Group, Miami-Dade College and the Miami-Dade College to develop: Description: The project has been built on 1.19 acre parcel of land. It consists of a new 4-story residential development with approximately 56 affordable housing units, 30 (1-2) Bedroom and 26 (2-2) Bedroom units, and 48 on-grade parking spaces. Collaborative Development Corporation believes that creating this development is critical to its strategic direction in serving the needs of long term residents of Coconut Grove, who are threatened by displacement due to gentrification and lack of housing affordability.
