Chapman Partnership’s two state-of-the-art Homeless Assistance Centers serve as the primary intake facilities for Miami-Dade County’s Homeless Continuum of Care. Every night we house 800 men, women, and children and serve an additional 450 family members in pre-shelter locations.

But we’ve always understood that ending homelessness requires more than shelter.

By combining housing with caring support and wrap-around services that incorporate effective cradle-to-career programs, we help our neighbors overcome homelessness and achieve and maintain long-term self-sufficiency.
