Miami Marlins Foundation

The Miami Marlins Foundation makes an impact by creating opportunities for youth to stay active, achieve academic success, and build leadership skills through youth baseball and softball, wellness, and empowerment programs.

Our empowerment programs have impacted more than 11,000 students in 2023, providing opportunity to our youth through access to educational resources, leadership development opportunities, and college scholarships.

Our sports-based youth development programs have impacted more than 9,000 youth in South Florida in 2022, utilizing baseball and softball as the vehicle to teach the game and provide kids with life-changing social and emotional learning experiences.

In our wellness pillar, the Great Minds - Great Athletes program has impacted more than 4,000 student-athletes across Miami-Dade County Public Schools. For the 2022-23 school year, we have expanded the program to 45 participating schools from 27. In addition, our Home Plate Meals program has facilitated the delivery of more than 5,000,000 meals since the launch of the program in 2019.
