Mentally Fitt Inc

Mentally FiTT, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization. Our mission is to provide individuals with a positive outlet for their daily mental health challenges through Non-contact boxing fitness, meditation/yoga and coaching for success session in a positive environment.

We look at exercise and meditation as a neglected intervention when dealing with daily mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, and a variety of others.

We utilize unique forms of meditation/yoga, non-contact boxing and cognitive learning activities as a way to introduce and educate individuals on how to positively manage their emotions, but also their overall physical health. Our goal is to help individuals cope with and overcome their mental and physical health challenges in a positive manner, while encouraging them to become positive and productive individuals in their communities.
