Overview
Over the last 40 years, Ten North Group has been a leading force in shaping our community. Our comprehensive approach to community and housing development has helped us to become one of Florida’s largest and most respected CDCs (Community Development Corporations).
Ten North Group accomplishes its mission by owning, developing, and managing affordable housing and creating opportunities for home ownership. In addition, Ten North Group builds communities through its social, educational, and financial programs, which have, to date, served close to 4,000 youths, 6,250 children and families, and close to 2,500 first time home buyers and Ten North Group’s CDFI has provided loans and technical assistance to over 1,500 small business owners and entrepreneurs. Ten North Group’s Art Foundation uses the arts and culture to write the future stories of previously overlooked places.
